EnergyCAP Enterprise Web-Based User Manual

Welcome to the EnergyCAP Enterprise Web-Based User Manual!

The fully-automated navigation bar in the left pane of this HELP window will enable you to navigate quickly through the Web-Based User Manual. The folders represent primary categories for HELP topics.'Drill down' to additional topics and topic groups by clicking the desired folder. Use the Search Site option in the upper right corner of this window to input keywords that will help you locate specific information.

The EnergyCAP Enterprise Web-Based User Manual does not exist as a printed resource. However, individual topics and topic groups can be easily printed from this web interface. This arrangement facilitates quicker updates, more timely help information, and development of expanded HELP resources. All older resources, including tech support bulletins, have been incorporated into two locations:

  1. The Web-Based User Manual (which includes all software operation information), and
  2. Support Suite, our internally-managed and operated technical support site (which includes our growing technical Knowledgebase of support issues and downloads).

Additional information, including tech bulletins for issues with earlier EnergyCAP software versions, is currently accessible from the Support link at our Home Page.
