When we upgraded our machines to Windows 7 I lost my profiles. Are they stored in a certain directory? I can pull them off of my old machine.

Import Profiles

Yes, Tom--the profiles are stored on the user hard drive.
The location depends on the operating system:

XP:
C:/documents and settings/username/local settings/application data/EnergyCAP enterprise

VISTA/Windows 7:
C:/users/username/Appdata/Local/EnergyCAP Enterprise

Copy all folder contents to the appropriate folder/path. If you encounter difficulties, contact customer support through the Support Suite interface.
