The Filter Settings window for the filter will be displayed. Then click the Clear button to return the filter to its default setting. - When all filters have been set correctly, click the Run Report button to display the report in the Presentment pane. An icon-based menu at the top of the window provides clickable options for exporting the report, printing the report, showing or hiding the Report tree view for the report, turning the “pages” of the report onscreen, and adjusting the SIZE of the displayed report
Quick Reports
Quick Reports provide intelligent context-sensitive reporting options, no matter where the user is navigating in EnergyCAP Online.

Whenever available, Quick Reports appear on the right side of the Presentment pane, and consist of a bulleted list of pre-selected, pre-filtered reports considered to offer the greatest utility for presentment of information associated with the currently-selected node in the Navigation pane. The example below displays the Quick Reports available when an individual account is selected.

Any Quick Report can be displayed by clicking the report name from the bulleted list. The resulting report, with its default filter settings determined by the navigation, will be displayed in a new browser tab.
Default Quick Report filter settings cannot be changed by the user. However, if you wish to further fine-tune the filters, go to the alphabetical list of reports in the Most Recent Reports category (see Reports hierarchy in the Navigation pane).
NOTES: A Quick Report will overwrite filters previously set for the same report in EnergyCAP Online. If a report with specific filter settings is run often, consider adding it to My Configured Reports to preserve the desired filter settings.
A list of the filters used to generate the report is displayed on the final page of each report. This filter list can be used as a helpful guide when preparing filters for user-configured reports.
