Viewing Report Batches Online

Report E-mail Groups

Report E-mail Groups in EnergyCAP Online correspond to Report Email Batches in the installed client version of EnergyCAP Enterprise. Currently Report E-mail Groups cannot be created from the web client—they must be created in the installed application. See the Report Email Batches topic group for more information.

Existing Report Email Batches created in the installed application will be visible in EnergyCAP Online as Report E-mail Groups.
To view Report E-mail Groups in EnergyCAP Online, click Reports. Then expand the list of Report E-mail Groups using the arrow icon.

Viewing Individual E-mail Reports from a Report Batch

To view individual reports from EnergyCAP Online, navigate to Reports and click to select/highlight the desired report batch from the list of Report E-mail Groups. Individual reports associated with the selected batch will be displayed in the Reports tab. Click the desired report and then click the Next button to choose report filters. When done, click Run Report.
