Deleting Reports

Deleting a report is similar to uninstalling a report, but there are two differences:

  1. Deleting a report makes it unavailable to that EnergyCAP user only; it has no effect on other users.
  2. The report file remains in the reports directory. The report file is not moved to the UnUsed directory.

To delete a report:

  1. Navigate to the Report Manager (Reporting > Reports OR Reporting > Web Reports) and select the category folder where the report exists.
  2. Choose the report to delete.

  3. Perform ONE of the following actions:
    1. Select the Delete key on the keyboard.
    2. Click the Report menu and choose Delete from the drop-down menu.
    3. Right-click the selected report and choose Delete from the popup menu.
  4. Click Yes to confirm that the report should be deleted.
