Rate Wizard Customer/Facilities Charges Option

Select this option to enter any customer charges or facilities charges. Customer charges and facility charges are service fees applied on a monthly basis. These charges consist of either a fixed monthly fee or a cost per day.

  1. In the Rate Wizard - Feature Selection page, select the Customer/Facilities charges option.

  1. In the Rate Wizard - Customer/Facility Charges page, enter any applicable charges.

    • If the Per day option is not selected, the amount entered is applied once to every bill.

    • If the Per day option is selected, the amount entered is multiplied by the number of days in the bill.
