Select this option to enter any customer charges or facilities charges. Customer charges and facility charges are service fees applied on a monthly basis. These charges consist of either a fixed monthly fee or a cost per day.
In the Rate Wizard - Feature Selection page, select the Customer/Facilities charges option.
In the Rate Wizard - Customer/Facility Charges page, enter any applicable charges.
If the Per day option is not selected, the amount entered is applied once to every bill.
If the Per day option is selected, the amount entered is multiplied by the number of days in the bill.
